How do I care for my jewelry at home?

The best way to keep your jewelry nice and sparkly at home is to use a soft bristled toothbrush, mild soap and warm water.

Make sure to clean underneath the stones, which is where most dirt and oil from your skin gets into your jewelry.

Also, make sure to rinse all the soap off your jewelry. Soap that is left can irritate the skin and cause a rash.

How does the custom process work?

The first step to start the custom process is making an appointment.

At your appointment, bring in your ideas along with any stones or gold you would like to use in the piece, and Sid will draw something up!

If you have pictures of what you would like, bring them in and Sid will discuss with you how it will be created, plus he can add any other details you may like.

We require one-half down payment on all custom pieces. Typically pieces are finished in 3 - 5 weeks, depending on the season.

Do you have financing or layaway available?

We do!

We have an in-house layaway program we provide that requires one-third of the purchase price as a down payment. You then have six months, interest free, to pay it off!

We also have financing available through Synchrony; there are different payment options available through them, depending on your credit. Applications for Synchrony are available at the store and take about ten minutes to fill out and process.

Do you have a goldsmith?

We have two extremely experienced and talented goldsmiths working here.

One is Sid himself who is a 5th generation jeweler with over 45 years of experience. Our other goldsmith has been with Sid since he began working in the jewelry industry and has over 35 years of experience.

Between these two creative gentlemen, our store has earned 10 design awards over the years!

Can you repair jewelry?

Yes, we can!

We have a full repair and custom shop in the back. We can size rings, set stones, replace prongs and most anything else your jewelry might need.

Prices vary according to what is needed, so please come into the store to get a quote. We cannot give quotes over the phone.

Can you repair watches?

We are sorry to say that due to COVID-19, we are not working on watches at all right now because we cannot santize them.

Do you buy jewelry?

No, we do not buy gold or jewelry.

Do you offer appraisal services?

We do not currently offer appraisals.
